Moonrise Coffee BlendAnother rendition of our most popular Signature blend, but in its darkest roast yet. From the longer roast, an aroma of butterscotch comes out over the familiar, smooth and bold Signature flavor profile.

Our newest single-origin coffee is a natural processed bean sourced from the highlands of Ethiopia's Guji region

it retains more of the bean’s natural caffeine—typically slightly higher than a standard medium or dark roast

With its medium body and lively yet balanced acidity

producing a cup that is naturally sweeter and more complex than traditional washed coffees

Aftertaste:              Crisp

Over the years the blend has matured into a combination of beans from Indonesia

complex drink that is full flavored and smooth

and currently set up for demonstration at Vista Clara Coffee in Snohomish

energizing espresso or brewed for a mellow

South and Central America

but also offer it in our extra-dark Early Bird roast
