Michel Redde Barre à Mine Pouilly-Fumé Loire France 2022Pouilly Fum is located in the eastern end of the Loire Valley and is one of its most famous appellations. Producing dry, perfumed Sauvignon Blanc with distinctive smoke and flint characteristics, the wines are highly prized, with the best capable of cellaring for several decades.
