Hardy Lightweight II Bougle ReelA nice Hardy Bougle Lightweight II fly reel, 2. 90" across the pillars with a spool diameter of 2. 30". Currently set up for LHW. A very desirable model which combines the iconic Bougle design with contemporary tear drop porting. Excellent used condition with some minor cosmetic wear in a few places, but very clean. Bronzed grey frame color with a silver spool. Catalog weight of 3. 4 ounces, this one has a line loaded on it. Made in Alnwick, England.

I like it with a DT6 for close in work but it would be great with a 7wt line as well for distance casting

The "Deluxe" version of the Special model had the owner's name hand-inked by Paul on the butt section
