HL Leonard Model 39-5 Bamboo Fly Rod 7'6" 2/2 #5 [SALE PENDING]A nice Leonard model 39 5 bamboo fly rod, 7'6", 2 piece, 2 tips, and built for a #5 line. This is the Standard model with intermediate signature wraps. Serial #81254 with a manufacture date of 1981 during the Maxwell period. Medium fast DF action. Light use with some grip soiling and a small 1 8" overwrap between the second and third snake guide down from the top, which I suspect was due to a hook dig. The cane is oven tempered to a blond wheatstraw
