Payne Model 400 Salmon Rod 9' 3/2 #8A nice EF Payne model 400 fly rod, 9', 3 piece, 2 tip, and built for what feels to me like a #8 line. 6. 6 ounces. Lightly used original condition with some cosmetic casting cracks at the ferrules and some cleaning to the grip with a small amount of ridging as a result. A 1950's "Sold by Abercrombie and Fitch" model. Comes with the original ferrule plugs. The varnish is in super condition with no blemishes of any sort. The wraps are brown main with
